STEP 1 - FORMS (Membership is NOT valid until both payment AND forms are received)

All RENEWING and NEW members must complete the 2009 Membership Form and Waiver and
submit forms at a General Meeting OR return by mail to:

STEP 2 - PAYMENT (NO money can be accepted at the General Meeting at SMWYC)

Skippers and Spouses/Domestic Partners
Only the skipper must pay dues for a Sailing Membership but both persons must still complete and
send WSA a membership form and signed waiver.

Renewing Members
$100 Sailing Membership (Sailing Membership is required to participate in day sails and cruises!)
$75 General Membership

New Members
$90 Sailing Membership (Sailing Membership is required to participate in day sails and cruises!)
$75 General Membership
AFTER June 30, 2009 dues for NEW members are only $50 for the remainder of the year.

Make a check payable to WSA SMB in the proper dues amount shown above and mail to WSA with
your membership form and waiver--OR--Use the button below to pay by credit card or PayPal and
then mail your membership form and waiver to WSA or submit forms at a General Meeting.
