RENEWING and NEW members please print out and read WSA Safety Instructions and Etiquette.
Then print out and complete the Waiver Form and submit at a WSA General Meeting OR mail to WSA:

Complete the WSA Membership form below and click SUBMIT to transmit your information to WSA. Then you will be
redirected to a screen for payment of your WSA membership dues by major credit card or PayPal.

Complete ALL required fields denoted by an *asterisk. If an error message appears at the
bottom of the form, click the "X" inside the box to the right of the message. Then complete ALL
required fields and click SUBMIT.

Membership is NOT valid until both completed forms AND payment are received
