About the Speaker:

Melanie Kemmann. Melanie is an avid paddle boarder, sailor, racer, scuba diver, fisherman and adventurer. She started sailing in 2019 and embraced the sea. In five years, she has learned how to sail, worked as a deck hand, bought her own sailboat, gets paid to sail, crews on a J124 racing sailboat and served as the Vice Commodore of Anacapa Yacht Club. She enjoys all things water and exploring new places aboard her sailboat, SV Lotta Zuma, a J30. With a heart for adventure this past year Melanie sailed the Pacific Northwest. She took two amazing trips, one 444.4 mile trip around the San Juan Islands and up to Princess Louisa Inlet in British Columbia, Canada and one 253 mile trip around 8 San Juan Islands. Melanie is a dream chaser. Living her best Mermaid life. Come be inspired to take a grand adventure.

7pm Dinner and discussion ($15 Pre-Order required by/before January 9th)

DETAILS:
We will start with brief announcements, officer inductions, awards and then our main program will begin. The meeting ends at 8:30pm.

Please ensure you get a parking pass at check in so you do not receive a parking ticket.
Don't forget to wear your name badge!
